སྟག་ལ་རྩེ་ལྷོའི་གཟུགས་སྐྱོང་།
斯达拉岗日的轮廓，
The outline of Mount Sidaragangri,
ཤར་སྨག་རིང་དུ་གསལ་སྐྱོང་།
在晨雾里慢慢清晰。
slowly clears in the morning mist.
ལྷ་རྒྱང་རི་བོའི་རིང་ལུགས་ལ་འགྲུབ་།
经幡掠过山岗的剪影，
Prayer flags sweep across the ridge,
ཨ་མའི་ལག་གི་ལྷམ་ཐག་བཞིན་།
像阿妈手中的羊毛线。
like woolen threads in Mother’s hands.
ལྷམ་སྟག་རི་བོའི་ཁྱུང་ལྷུང་མེ་ཏོག །
虎耳山的杜鹃花，
Azaleas bloom on Huer Mountain,
རྩེ་མོར་འཁྱིལ་བའི་རྡོ་ཀེལ་ལམ་དུ་འབྱུང་།
开在蜿蜒的石板路。
along the winding stone path.
ལུ་རྩེད་མིའི་གླུ་དབྱངས་རླུང་ལ་འཕངས་།
牧羊人的歌曲声飘过来，
A shepherd’s song drifts over,
ས་རྩི་དང་རྩྭ་རིས་དགའ་སྟོན་།
混着泥草的气息。
mixed with the scent of earth and grass.

ཨ་མའི་ཇ་སྲ་མོས་དགུན་མུན་རྩེ་དུ་དྲོད་གཏོང་།
老阿妈熬的酥油茶暖了整个冬夜的漫长，
Old Mother’s butter tea warms the long winter night.
འཁོར་ལོ་རླུང་ལ་འཁྱིལ་བས་ལོ་ཙམ་གླུ་ཙམ་བསྒྱུར་།
转经筒在风中摇曳，把岁月摇成了歌谣。
Prayer wheels spin in the wind, turning years into a song.
བུ་ཕོ་མོས་བུ་ཏྲི་རྩེད་དེ་གདང་སྐྱོད་ནས་གངས་སིལ་དུ་འགྲོ་།
孩子们追着蝴蝶跑，笑声落进青稞田。
