The funny thing is it not square around

I can't think to dig a hole that is square

To see if it was true
Than my shovel broken and I when wo~~
Sent that I never dug a hole that was round
Got a new shovel but it dig square in the ground
It about a story now I tell confidently
The group life all hung around me
