For You

Lyrics: Moses Mex/Pope Johannes Paul II Music: Gernot Reetz MOTHER'S DAY is something very special. This year, because it is the 100th anniversary, it is even more special. Given that these times have been so turbulent and trying the meaning of Mother’s Day touches us more deeply.
Mothers form the backbone of families through their unique ability to give and to share love. Mother’s Day gives us all the opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate what all women do every day and it is a chance to express our thankfulness for each and every one of them, regardless of whether they are mothers or not.
Let all men honour women especially because they are called in a special way to offer spiritual motherhood for all people. Let them develop more understanding for the role of women and stand up for mutual and spiritual equality.
This is also the message of the HOLY SPIRIT, of Eternal Life and ETERNAL LOVE! Because this is the only thing that will always last, for all time and eternity.
Pope John Paul II once wrote the following about this:
Thanks be to you, woman as mother, who in the joy and pain of a unique experience makes yourself the womb of man! You have become the smile of God for children who come into the world, as you guide and care for their steps.
Thanks be to you woman as bride, who irrevocably binds your destiny to that of a man.
Thanks be to you woman as daughter and sister, who in the immediate family and in the whole life of society, you bring the richness of your sensitivity and perception.
Thanks be to you, professional woman, who is involved in all areas of political, economic, cultural and social life.
Thank you woman for your indispensable contribution to the construction of a culture that is able to combine reason and emotion! To an understanding of life that is always open to the sense of mystery, to the construction of all that is humanity.
Thanks be to you woman - for being woman! Through the perceptiveness inherent in your being a woman, you enrich the understanding of the world and contribute to the full truth of human relationships.
Move these words in your heart and let them become a perpetual daily prayer for all women of the world!
Jesus said:
Love one another as I love you forever, so you also should love one another. This calling to love one another is the only thing that will last in this world and the world beyond.
Everything else will pass away! But what remains eternally, that is the TRUE LOVE! In the implementation this means to practice tolerance! To forgive oneself and his neighbor, even - if it is sometimes difficult. But this is the only message that the Lord God has given us on this earth - what He lovingly asks us to do. The 10 Commandments are only an application key to how we can find the way into this love.
A love that demands nothing, that forgives, that is simply there. Love - and especially spiritual inner love cannot be worked out, certainly not forced - it comes suddenly, simply from freedom! Because the inner core in every human being suddenly feels the urge to connect with the divine in himself. In this moment, everyone can then freely decide whether he wants to follow this divine core.
It is so easy and yet difficult for so many people - this "letting go". To lose oneself in oneself and to accept life as it is.
That - has nothing to do with "letting oneself down"! Because with this attitude and approach nothing can be achieved.
Let alone to tighten in itself - then the experience of the love of God touches you, if at all, only minimally.
All this is a heartfelt appeal to human tolerance and love, towards other people. The life of love is many-sided and sometimes asks to jump over one's own shadow. To strive for it every day is worth it, isn't it? The Lord God will always watch over us and be with us! Everything is love Love everything.
