for death does not fright
Wind blows the leaves
for the eagle flaps his wings
The aesir feel their grief
for allfather's death
As the leaves hold the
power to restore all life
Open rises from the dead
gaining holy wisdom
An ash I know there stands
Yggdrasil is its name
A tall tree showered with shining loam
From there come the dews
that drop in the valleys
It stands forever green overs urd's well
